パンはパンでも、
インド、パキスタン、アフガニスタンにおけるパンのひとつで、
直径12cmほどの円形で、薄く、クレープ生地のような形状をしている。
アーターと呼ばれる全粒粉（精製していない小麦粉）と水を捏ねて生地を作り、
発酵させずに薄い円形にのばして焼いたもの。
タワーという円形の鉄板などで焼いてから、直火で焼くと膨らむ。
タワーはフライパンで代用できるパンはナンですか？
